Compass Platform™

Was das praktisch heißt

Was ist uns wirklich wichtig, und was treibt uns an? Ich will keine KI-Massenware.

What Compass Platform™ stands for

AI as a means for people to take part.

That is the sentence I am building Compass Platform™ on. I know it sounds a bit deep. But it is the sentence that drives me, so it stands here as it is.

The voice
“AI should not take our voice away. It should help us use it better.”

A voice is more than a sound. It is how you say what you know and what you stand for. Today a voice can be copied without anyone asking. But an AI can also do the opposite. It can help you sort your thoughts, find the words and say them so they land. Then it is still your voice, only used better.

That is what I want to achieve with Compass Platform™. That you can stand behind what your voice is used for, and say no where you don't want it used. It is about sovereignty, participation and contribution.

Having a say
“AI should not make the important decisions in place of people. It should put people in a better position to take part in those decisions, responsibly.”

Taking part in a decision means that you see what is on the table, what is still open and what is at stake. Then you say yes or no, and you stand by it. AI can prepare, sort and propose. The final yes is still yours.

That is what I mean by taking part. Not just being present, but having a say where it counts. At work, in your community, in society.

What this means in practice

How I build Compass Platform™

The platform keeps what you know, what is being worked on and what needs deciding, so that an AI works with the right context instead of guessing. Five services share the job.

  • MemoryKnowledge, with its sources.
  • TicketsTasks, who is on them and what came of them.
  • DecisionsOpen decisions with options and evidence.
  • System MapHow everything connects, as a map.
  • FactoryWorkflows where people keep the sign-off.

Where it matters, a person decides. The AI prepares and proposes. Confirming, approving, sending, that stays with you where it counts. And it stays visible who proposed what and who confirmed it.

Your data is yours, it lives in a data centre in Germany, and you are not tied to any AI provider.

Listen instead of reading

What this feels like is in the film “Die nächste Zeile” (The Next Line). It uses a mixtape to show what an AI needs from you before it can carry on well, and it has a song in it. The film is in German. The “Danke.” guide, which is being built now, is meant to let anyone make the song their own.

Why I do this

The more AI can do, the more clearly the deeper questions come to the surface. What really matters to us, and what drives us? I don't want mass-produced AI output. I want capable AI that follows what matters to the people it works for, and that anyone can use.

And I don't believe the answer to AI is to reject it. Integrated responsibly, consciously and with care, it connects people instead of replacing them.
